Musculoskeletal Disorders (MSDs) are preventable. What you’ll need is a comprehensive process to identify and reduce MSD risk factors – both ergonomic and individual risk factors. That’s the strategy.
But as Tom Peters once said, “Culture eats strategy for breakfast.”
If your goal is zero, you’ll need to foster a culture of prevention and wellness. A culture where both the company and the employees accept responsibility for their part in the process.
