The Ergonomics Plus team is taking a brief break from the blog this week to enjoy some family time.

One of the things we’ll do is sit down to reflect on the past year and think about how we can make 2013 an even better year than 2012. I encourage you to do the same.

What could you do to make your health and safety program even better? How can you do an even better job for your company / clients? What will your challenges be in 2013 and how can you proactively meet them head-on?

Spend a few quiet moments thinking about that and jot down a few of your ideas. Whatever your ideas are, make sure they excite you.
