According to the US Bureau of Labor Statistics there will be a steady rise in the number of older employees in the workforce. In 2000, 13% of the workforce was comprised of employees over the age of 55. It is predicted that by 2025 this number will increase to 20% which equates to over 40 million employees. The closing call to action was for the government to pass legislation making backup cameras mandatory on all vehicles. While the intention is probably sincere, the method is flawed.
