- Take Fitness Breaks.
- Try a fitness ball instead of an office chair.

- Organize a group to walk with.
- Conduct meetings on the go.
- Try a treadmill desk.
100 Year-Old Man Finishes Marathon

100 year old Fauja Singh finished the Toronto Waterfront Marathon in 8 hours, 25 minutes and 17 seconds, setting a Guiness World Record. How awesome is that?
